What shapes the scope

Basic wiremap and continuity checks are not a formal performance certification. Any required certification, specialist testing, or additional building work must be identified in the agreed scope.

FROM ASSESSMENT TO HANDOFF

How the work is planned.

Equipment, permissions, access and scheduling are discussed before the work begins. Any extra work is identified before it becomes part of the assignment.

  1. Assess

Map outlets, cable routes, wall access, and the devices each run will serve.

  2. Complete

Install and terminate agreed runs, then identify both ends and organize the patching.

  3. Document

Check basic continuity and wiremap, record the connections, and explain any remaining faults.

Can you work with existing cabling?

Yes. We can assess accessible cable runs, terminations, and known faults before recommending repairs or replacement.

Will the work disrupt my business?

Access, occupied areas, equipment downtime, and the proposed work sequence are discussed before scheduling. There is no universal downtime estimate.

Can you add a connection or relocate a camera?

Yes, within the agreed access and installation scope. We review the new location, cable route, permissions, PoE requirements and the existing system before confirming the work.

What should I include in my inquiry?

Share your city or ZIP, property type, equipment and the problem or intended outcome. For a contractor assignment, include the requested tasks and timing. Do not send passwords, alarm codes, network credentials or sensitive security details through the public form.

Do you repair computers, phones or tablets?

No. Our focus is infrastructure, installations, networking, cameras and business systems. We do not offer consumer device repair, screen/battery replacement, gaming-PC builds, home electronics or home-theater repair, generic printer repair or an unlimited residential help desk.
