DANNY KOVALCHUK / OWNER

Owner-led work. A clear point of contact.

Optimal AI Systems is an owner-led infrastructure and technology business operated by Optimal Enterprises LLC. Danny brings onsite installation, technical coordination and documentation together in a clearly defined project.

We prefer UniFi for suitable networking and camera projects and also work with other compatible systems. We are an independent installer, not a Ubiquiti-certified or authorized partner.

Future application-hosting research

Private application hosting remains a roadmap concept, not an available service. Today, we scope customer-owned onsite infrastructure and selected cloud environments. Capacity, security and support terms must be defined before any future offering.

Optional ongoing support

Care after installation.

Agree which systems need maintenance, checks and reporting. Project installation remains available on its own; a monthly plan is a separate choice.

Discuss ongoing support

You retain access to your equipment. Covered systems, responsibilities and support terms are defined in writing. Automated monitoring is not a staffed 24/7 help desk.

What a scoped plan can include
  • Monitoring of covered devices and services, with alerts and issue triage
  • Scheduled updates and maintenance
  • Backup-job checks and agreed restore testing
  • Remote support within the plan
  • Periodic infrastructure reporting
  • Automation maintenance where included

Hardware, third-party licenses, cloud charges, onsite visits and additional project work are included only when specified in the proposal. Backup recovery depends on testing.

Discuss a project without monthly support

BEFORE WE START

Before you request a project.

Scope, availability and how to get started.

Can you troubleshoot an existing camera installation?

Yes. We can scope onsite physical and connectivity checks, PoE and cabling observations, camera positioning, and coordination with your authorized VMS or remote technical support. Access and equipment determine what can be checked.

Can you relocate a camera or add a network connection?

We assess mounting, cable routes, access and the existing system before agreeing on the installation. New Cat6 runs, terminations, jacks and patching can be included in the scope.

Can you work with our remote IT provider?

Yes. Contractor, MSP and integrator assignments can include remote technical coordination, progress updates and agreed closeout documentation. The scope, access, travel and scheduling are confirmed for each assignment.

What documentation do we receive?

The handoff is agreed with the work: equipment and connection notes, relevant photographs, test observations and outstanding items. Field Desk helps organize that information; the public preview uses synthetic records.

Do you service my area?

Based in Broadview Heights, we serve homes and businesses throughout Greater Cleveland and surrounding Northeast Ohio communities—generally within about an hour’s drive. Featured communities are not the limit of our coverage. Send your city or ZIP and project details, and we’ll confirm availability. Commercial and contractor assignments outside the local area are considered by arrangement.

Do you repair computers, phones or tablets?

No. Our focus is infrastructure, onsite installations, networking, cameras and business systems. We do not offer consumer device, screen, battery, home-theater or generic printer repair, gaming-PC builds, or an unlimited residential help desk.
