See our documentation approach →What shapes the scope
Availability, travel, equipment and support windows are agreed per assignment. No statewide technician fleet, guaranteed response time, exclusive provider relationship or manufacturer certification is implied. Credentials and private network information should be exchanged only through an agreed secure channel, not a public inquiry form.
FROM ASSESSMENT TO HANDOFF
How the work is planned.
Equipment, permissions, access and scheduling are discussed before the work begins. Any extra work is identified before it becomes part of the assignment.
- Assess
Review the assignment, permissions, site contact, required tools and closeout requirements.
- Complete
Coordinate onsite work with the authorized remote team and document progress or exceptions.
- Document
Deliver the agreed observations and permitted evidence, then confirm the handoff and remaining responsibilities.
Can you work with our remote IT provider?
Yes. We coordinate with an authorized contact, follow the agreed scope and report what was observed or completed onsite.
What documentation do we receive?
The handoff is defined by the assignment. It can include installation notes, permitted photos, equipment references, test observations and outstanding actions. Sensitive records stay in the agreed private workflow.
Do you cover all of Ohio?
We have a Northeast Ohio presence. Other Ohio assignments may be considered by arrangement; travel and availability must be confirmed for the specific job.
Are you an authorized partner of the equipment manufacturer?
No manufacturer certification, authorization or partnership is claimed. UniFi is a preferred ecosystem where appropriate, and work can involve other compatible equipment within scope.
What should I include in my inquiry?
Share your city or ZIP, property type, equipment and the problem or intended outcome. For a contractor assignment, include the requested tasks and timing. Do not send passwords, alarm codes, network credentials or sensitive security details through the public form.
Do you repair computers, phones or tablets?
No. Our focus is infrastructure, installations, networking, cameras and business systems. We do not offer consumer device repair, screen/battery replacement, gaming-PC builds, home electronics or home-theater repair, generic printer repair or an unlimited residential help desk.
